Inside Tom Cruise’s broken relationship with daughter Suri and what went wrong
Tom Cruise is currently estranged from his daughter Suri Cruise, with the 18-year-old recently changing her name to distance herself from the Hollywood actor Tom Cruise no longer has a relationship with his daughter Suri Cruise, who has now made a big change to try and remove her dad from her life.
It’s believed the Mission Impossible actor, 62, has “chosen not to see his daughter” for the past 11 years as his belief in Scientology took precedence in his life. When Tom finalized his divorce with Suri’s mom, Katie Holmes, in 2012 she was given full custody of their daughter.
Now, Suri seems to have completely turned her back on her dad as she dropped his last name when she turned 18. She’s instead going by Suri Noelle, taking on the middle name of her mom.
Suri used her new name during her graduation ceremony from the distinguished LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts. She was previously addressed as Suri Noelle during her portrayal of Morticia Addams in her school’s rendition of The Addams Family: A New Musical last December.
